About Falafel'z by Pellefood
Falafel’z is the falafel brand of Pellefood Ltd, an innovative food company founded in 2008. We develop, produce, and market a complete falafel solution – a premium, chef-developed falafel mix and a range of automatic falafel machines – helping food businesses and home cooks around the world make fresh, consistent falafel with ease.
Our story
Pellefood was founded by a team who saw the same problem in kitchens everywhere: making great falafel consistently is labour-intensive and hard to scale. Their vision was to improve efficiency in professional kitchens through smart machinery and reliable products – above all, the ability to produce fresh falafel right at the point of sale. Over the years, through hard work, perseverance, and a focus on quality, that vision became the Falafel’z range used by businesses today.
What we make

- Professional falafel mix – a premium, chef-developed blend that becomes authentic falafel with just water, made for restaurants, caterers, food trucks, retailers, and home kitchens.
- Automatic falafel machines – the BM60, SA10, and SAD20, from a compact fryer-top unit to high-output standalone stations.
We also supply complementary products and support: machine stands, packaging, and consultation for selling points.
